Know Before You Go

A few tips to maximize your visit

When should I arrive?

For your first visit as a new patient at Hand Surgery Associates, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. To best care for you, we need to get to know you and your health history. Our intake paperwork takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Alternatively, you will receive a text message and/or email prior to your visit - follow the link in the message and the paperwork can be completed online ahead of your visit!

What should I bring?

Please be sure to bring both your photo ID and your health insurance card to any visit with Dr. Golinvaux. Additionally, if you were seen elsewhere (ex: Emergency Room, Urgent Care, primary care, other surgeon) and have prior records such as X-rays, MRI, CT scan, or operative notes, please be sure to bring these to your visit. When bringing imaging records (X-ray, MRI, CT scan), please be sure to bring both the physical CD/Disc and the paper result reports.

Is there free parking?

Free parking is available at all locations. Parking access does vary at each site but is typically directly out front of our medical office building.

Specifically for our Englewood location on the Swedish Medical Center campus, please take a moment to look at the parking map (see below) in advance. You may park in any of the visitor parking garages near our 601 building (South Garage, East Garage, West Garage). The South Garage is the closest self-park option. Alternatively, there is a complimentary valet service available at the entrance to our 601 building.
